Nontiscordardimè is a fully restored residence overlooking the sea upon a beautiful hill.
It is surrounded by olive trees that provide the framework for a lovely view of Civitanova Marche, of Monte Conero, and Civitanova Alta.
The villa overlooks the sea and is protected by the Appennino mountains.

The villa is situated on two terraced gardens and is surrounded by a 3 hectars of property including a farm that produces oil, fruit and plants.
After a rigorous restoration, carefully using all natural materials, the villa now offers a refined and exclusive environment that combines the beauty of the materials of the past with the convenience and tecnology of the present, while maintaining the warmth and spontanaity of the family.
Dipped in the hill of Marche, the “Villa” is any way at 4 km from the center of the city, is easily reachable and is near the sea (less than 1 minute)
The excellent geographical position makes it an ideal base to discover the riches of the sea ( at 5 minutes walk), mountains (less than 60 Km), artistic abundance of small m,edieval city centers, and culinary riches of the surroundings areas.
The environments and the six bedrooms have (all with bath in vamera endowed with services and shower) clear colors that give an effect of great brightness and heat
On the grounf floor there are four bedrooms, three of wich open directly to the gardens and large terrace.
All the rooms have a lot of great windows that allow to sleep almost absorbed in the nature

The owners have deliberately chosen to leave as the primary purpose of the bedrooms a resting place, prosperity and tranquility.
On the first floor are the two Suites. The greatest environments can entertain up to 4people.
Bouth of them have a wellcoming private living room.

On application you can use a covered parking lot, otherwise they are available places car inside the park.

Our Villa can be rented weekly as a whole ore you can stay in rooms with the formula of bed and breakfast.
Those who chose the weekly rent of the villa will be greeted with a welcome basket containing fruit, olive oil, hand made pasta and a selection of wines (all typical products of our country).
It will also provide some basic necessities after which it will be your task to obtain what is necessary for your stay.
The etire property can accommodate up to 9 people on the groun floor and 8 people on the first floor.
Those who choose the formula of Bed and Breakfast will find in their rooms a “welcome basket” containing tea, herbal tea, relaxing and refreshing soaps and a set of essential oils and natural fragrances for the environment.
A lovely buffet breakfast will be set up with homemade cakes, cold cuts and cheeses typical from the Marches.
The kitchen is at your disposal any time you may need it.
At your request will can serve a “Light Lunch”, a small dinner and cold appetizers.
